Your Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will oversee a portfolio of 50+ client accounts and additional assignments throughout the Europe region. Your mission will be to assist clients in maximizing their LinkedIn outreach and extracting the utmost value from our services. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring they meet their goals and achieve growth through effective outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and nurture a client portfolio of 50+ accounts, ensuring they reach their desired achievements.
- Facilitate client onboarding to ensure comprehension of our platform, workflows, and outreach methodologies.
- Track and analyze outreach campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaborate with clients to maximize their LinkedIn return on investment, improve outreach tactics, and resolve issues as necessary.
- Serve as the client's voice within the organization, relaying feedback to internal teams for product enhancement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients to share updates, provide best practices, and plan future strategies.
- Aid in the renewal process and identify upselling opportunities when clients experience significant success.
- Contribute to customer success strategies and initiatives aimed at improving outcomes and streamlining operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent – You possess the necessary educational background and knowledge 🎓.
- 1 to 4 Years of Experience in Customer Success – You are experienced and poised to take your skills to the next level.
- Passion for Customer Success, Automation, and Lead Generation – You enjoy exploring client strategies and developing innovative solutions to deliver impactful results.
- Exceptional Communication Abilities – Whether drafting clear and engaging emails or leading discussions with clients, your communication style is effective and perhaps even a touch humorous 😉.
- Outstanding Leadership Skills – You have the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success—plus, you're great at high-fives 🙌.
- Master Multitasker – Managing multiple client accounts is a breeze. You maintain organization, attention to detail, and always stay a step ahead 🎯.
- Team Player – You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy contributing your distinct ideas to achieve the best outcomes.
- Proficient in LinkedIn – You understand LinkedIn fundamentals and how companies leverage it for growth. (Bonus points for any hacks you might know! 😉).

Additional Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator (you might just be LinkedIn famous)
- Skill in cold emailing and strategic sales approaches (without the spam feelings!) experience in the salestech realm
- Knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive (you speak CRM fluently)
- Zapier integration knowledge (or at least a beginner-level understanding)
- Familiarity with the European market and outreach techniques
Our Offerings:
