We are in search of a dedicated and thorough Customer Success Manager to become a vital part of our team.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to cultivate essential skills while gaining critical insights into the operational dynamics of numerous well-managed companies. You will liaise directly with founders, CEOs, and high-level executives from various industries in the B2B sector.

This role allows for independent work and the freedom to make significant creative decisions every day.

This is a full-time, well-compensated remote role, perfect for motivated individuals and those looking to pivot their careers. There is no need for prior sales or cold email experience, as we approach cold emailing differently compared to most organizations and are eager to teach our methods.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client relationships, design their cold email strategy, and apply learning on a weekly basis
  • Manage client interactions through Slack and conduct strategy calls

Qualifications
  • Sociable and proactive demeanor
  • While hours are flexible, some daily overlap with our US-based clients is essential

Technologies We Utilize
  • Collaboration takes place on Slack
  • Task management is done via Airtable
  • Email campaigns are executed using Instantly
  • We have developed numerous automations for campaign generation, task oversight, reporting, lead scraping, etc., allowing you to concentrate on high-impact activities. Mundane tasks are automated.
