We are currently on the lookout for a talented and friendly Customer Care Representative to become part of our remote team, assisting us in providing top-tier support to our clientele in the San Antonio, Texas area.
Position Summary
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the main contact for our clients, fielding inquiries, arranging consultations, and sharing information regarding our offerings. This role allows you the convenience of working from home while catering to clients in the CST time zone. Our organization is based in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
Main Duties
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and courteously.
Guide customers with inquiries about roofing services, warranties, quotes, and appointments.
Keep accurate records of client communications in our CRM platform.
Address customer complaints and deliver suitable solutions within established timeframes.
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the construction, roofing, or home services sectors.
Excellent communication skills complemented by a customer-centric mindset.
A knack for problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail and a composed demeanor.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting with minimal oversight.
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Desirable Criteria
Familiarity with scheduling and CRM applications.
Being bilingual is advantageous (Spanish preferred).
This position operates Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST, with occasional weekend hours
