Key Responsibilities
- Devise new offers for both existing and new products to enhance their market performance.
- Strategically develop upsell tactics by creating innovative funnels such as advertorials, VSLs, and corresponding offers.
- Oversee the comprehensive A/B testing process by formulating the A/B test plan for each product, coordinating their implementation, and analyzing results.
- Continuously derive insights from A/B test outcomes and offer modifications to develop a roadmap for enhancing the company’s funnel.
- Design new offers for our backend post-purchase funnel VSLs while collaborating with the copywriting and development teams to successfully launch and analyze data for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with our head of product to create new upsells, including post-purchase and cart upsells.
- Engage with the entire marketing department to manage paid advertising campaigns related to our backend funnel, identifying successful strategies.
We are not in search of someone merely capable of making surface-level modifications to product pages, such as altering button colors or enhancing aesthetics. We need a professional with a comprehensive understanding of marketing, offers, and upsells, and how to effectively integrate these elements to achieve maximum Revenue Per Visitor (RPV).

Additionally, you MUST possess the following skills and experience:
- A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and data-driven strategy development.
- A thorough understanding of unit economics and the ability to craft offers with these in mind.
- Proven background as a marketing officer or funnel manager.
- In-depth knowledge of funnels and their application for an eCommerce brand.
- Comprehensive insight into upsells and cross-sells, and their integration within a funnel.
- At least an intermediate understanding of copywriting relevant to an eCommerce brand, as collaboration with a copywriting team will be integral.
- Outstanding visual and written communication abilities.
- Robust knowledge of eCommerce funnels and their best practices.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in remaining abreast of trends and applying them to content.
