Key Responsibilities
- Develop new offers for existing and new products to enhance performance.
- Design strategies for upsells by creating new funnels such as advertorials, VSLs, and corresponding offers.
- Take charge of our AB testing process, which includes formulating an AB test plan for each product, overseeing setups, and analyzing results.
- Utilize insights from AB tests and offer modifications to create a strategic roadmap for funnel improvement.
- Generate fresh offers for our backend post-purchase funnel VSLs, collaborating with the copywriting and development teams for setup and launch, then analyze data to refine offers.
- Collaborate with our product head to devise new upsells, including post purchase and cart upsells.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage paid advertising campaigns related to our backend funnel and pinpoint successful strategies.
We are not seeking someone to merely make minor adjustments to product pages, such as changing button colors or adding a "Save" button. We're looking for an individual who possesses a comprehensive understanding of marketing, offers, and upsells, and how to seamlessly integrate these elements for maximum RPV.

Essential Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong passion for marketing and data-driven strategy development.
- In-depth knowledge of unit economics and crafting offers based on this understanding.
- Demonstrated experience as a marketing officer or funnel manager.
- Thorough comprehension of funnels and their application for ecommerce brands.
- Extensive knowledge of upsells/cross-sells and leveraging them within a funnel.
- At least intermediate understanding of copywriting for ecommerce (as you will work alongside a copywriting team).
- Outstanding visual and written communication capabilities.
- Solid grasp of ecommerce funnels and their best practices.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Extroverted nature with exceptional social skills.
- Strong interest in staying current with trends and integrating them into content.
