Responsibilities

Creative Content Development and Strategy:

  • Forge and execute inventive strategies that align with our brand vision and captivate our customer base.
  • Create compelling content with a focus on viral potential, emphasizing emotional resonance and consumer psychology.
  • Analyze and adapt popular content formats, including those tailored for group sharing, to amplify engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all creative outputs.
  • Oversee our in-house scriptwriter’s projects by conducting quality checks on scripts and offering constructive feedback to test new creative approaches in ads. 

Market Research and Consumer Insight:

  • Apply insights from consumer behavior and psychological trends to guide creative approaches. This includes utilizing data from consumer reviews and social media to grasp the emotional factors driving purchases.
  • Perform comprehensive market research to discover emerging trends and weave them into our creative strategies.


Campaign Performance Analysis and Enhancement:
  • Track and evaluate creative campaign effectiveness using appropriate metrics and KPIs. Leverage this data to shape future creative initiatives.
  • Partner with media buyers and data analysts to refine targeting and messaging based on campaign results.

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Creative Strategist or a similar position within the ecommerce sector.
  • A robust understanding of consumer psychology, with practical application in creative initiatives.
  • Intermediate to advanced copywriting competencies, including experience in quality assurance of copywriting content.
  • Proven track record in content creation, supported by a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities to inform creative decision-making and enhance campaign results.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for storytelling and content creation.
  • Strong visual and written communication abilities.
  • Competence in data tracking tools and software for both Meta and Google platforms.
  • A solid grasp of social media platforms and effective best practices.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects seamlessly.
  • An outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards staying updated on trends and embedding them into content strategy.
