Our brand was established in early 2022 and achieved remarkable growth, skyrocketing from zero to multiple 7-figure sales within our initial year, hitting 8 figures in sales during 2023, and aiming for multiple 8 figures in 2024.

We are on the lookout for a tenacious and inventive creative strategist who can think unconventionally. 


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute imaginative creative strategies that align with our brand's objectives and resonate with our target demographic.
  • Produce content that is captivating and optimized for sharing, focusing on emotional impact and consumer psychology.
  • Reverse-engineer successful content formats, particularly those designed for group chat sharing, to maximize outreach and interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design personnel to ensure all creative endeavors are consistent with the overarching brand strategy and messaging.
  • Oversee and review the work of our internal scriptwriter, ensuring quality control on scripts and offering feedback to explore new approaches and copy for our advertisements. 

Consumer Psychology and Market Research:

  • Leverage insights derived from consumer behavior and psychology to guide creative choices, utilizing data sourced from consumer feedback, social media, and other platforms to comprehend the emotional motivations behind purchasing behaviors.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to unveil emerging trends and weave them into innovative creative strategies.


Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns using appropriate metrics and KPIs, and apply this data to inform future creative strategies.
  • Work alongside media buyers and data analysts to fine-tune targeting and messaging based on the results of campaigns.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar role within ecommerce. 
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology with proven application to creative endeavors.
  • Intermediate to advanced copywriting skills, with hands-on experience in quality control of written content.
  • Exceptional content creation capabilities with a portfolio that reflects successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in utilizing data to make informed creative decisions and enhance campaign performance.
  • A genuine passion for crafting content and storytelling.
  • Superb visual and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with data tracking tools and software for Meta and Google.
  • Robust understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
