Your Role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

In your role at Filestage, you will:

  • Influence the direction of our leading SaaS product, impacting how major brands uphold content quality amid the AI revolution.

  • Design and implement strategies for customer acquisition, optimizing our existing inbound channels while creating new pathways for growth.

  • Refine our upselling and cross-selling strategies through collaboration and innovation with cross-functional teams.

  • Forge strong relationships with key clients, driving growth, gathering insights, and keeping abreast of market trends.

  • Guide and mentor our high-performing teams, building a culture of trust, providing direction, and fostering ownership and accountability in revenue generation.

  • Contribute to our overall strategy as a vital C-level team member.

Your Contributions to the Role
You bring experience from a revenue-generating leadership role in a B2B SaaS company, and you are eager for a challenging opportunity that significantly influences how individuals work.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Possesses expertise in customer acquisition and growth. You excel in devising strategic plans, leading teams, and establishing dependable processes that foster sustainable expansion.

  • Has a history of driving substantial growth in SaaS organizations, with experience in leadership roles that have contributed to reaching or exceeding $10 million ARR.

  • Is hands-on and engaged. You enjoy directly connecting with key clients, addressing obstacles, and developing your team while also playing a strategic role at the executive level.

  • Embraces a product-led growth approach. You recognize and champion the merits of a product-led strategy, effectively incorporating it into your sales initiatives.

  • Thrives in environments with complex challenges and varying answers. You find clarity in ambitious goals and prefer to determine your own methods for achieving them.

  • Exhibits an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by a relentless pursuit of results and continuous learning. You are always exploring ways to enhance your approach and capitalize on growth opportunities.
