Your Role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

In your role at Filestage, you will:

  • Influence the future direction of our top-tier SaaS product. This is your opportunity to shape how major brands maintain content quality in an AI-driven landscape.

  • Create and execute strategies aimed at customer acquisition. Your focus will be on optimizing our existing inbound channels while creating new pathways for customer growth.

  • Enhance our strategies for upselling and cross-selling through collaboration and innovative approaches with our cross-functional teams.

  • Forge robust relationships with pivotal customers to drive expansion, gather strategic insights, and remain attuned to market trends.

  • Nurture and coach our high-performing teams. Cultivating a culture of trust, offering mentorship, and encouraging ownership and accountability within our revenue-driven teams will be crucial.

  • Play a role in Strategizing as an integral part of the C-level leadership team.

You possess a background in a revenue-generating leadership capacity within the B2B SaaS sphere, and you are now eager for an engaging challenge that significantly influences how people operate.

We seek an individual who:

  • Has in-depth knowledge of customer acquisition and growth. You excel at formulating sharp strategies, leading teams, and instilling reliable processes that drive sustainable growth.

  • Has a documented history of success in contributing to growth at SaaS companies. You have played significant roles in reaching and surpassing $10 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

  • Is hands-on. You embrace the opportunity to interact directly with key clients, resolve deal impediments, and grow your team while simultaneously engaging strategically at the executive level.

  • Is enthusiastic about Product-Led Growth (PLG). You understand the importance of a product-led growth paradigm and can effectively embed it into your sales strategy.

  • Thrives in ambiguity. You approach challenges with a positive mindset, properly equipped to derive solutions when ambitious goals are established and you have autonomy in deciding how to achieve those.
