We are on the lookout for several talented individuals to join our team. The perfect candidate will have relevant experience and a strong desire to deliver outstanding support, coupled with a proactive mindset.

Key qualifications include:
 0-6+ months in customer service roles.

- A team-oriented approach is essential.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving situations.

- Competence in handling multiple tasks and managing various communication channels.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- A positive and proactive attitude with a dedication to excellence and goal achievement.

- Must be tech-savvy.

- Availability for 40 hours/week, adhering to New York time zone.

Additional Information:
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and proficient in a second language. Acceptable languages include Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Cantonese, Korean, Turkish, and more.
  • Commitment for at least one year is required.
  • Possession of a computer (Windows or Mac) is necessary.
  • A reliable internet connection and electricity supply are mandatory.
