Essential qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Advertising, or similar practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing.
- Proficiency in Italian and English to effectively manage client relationships in this area.
Desirable qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategically evaluating and driving client success using sales methodologies, including effective questioning techniques, managing objections, and competitive selling approaches.
- A solid understanding of online marketing strategies and execution; skilled in overseeing digital advertising campaigns focusing on performance outcomes.
- Experience managing an advertising or media sales portfolio in Italy, consistently exceeding targets to foster growth.
