Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising, or relevant hands-on experience.
- A minimum of 2 years working within advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing.
- Fluency in both Italian and English for effective management of client relationships in the specified region.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategically evaluating and fulfilling client needs through sales methodologies, including adept questioning, resolving objections, and competitive approaches.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and tactics; proficiency in executing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance metrics.
- Strong capability to oversee a portfolio in the advertising or media sales landscape in Italy, consistently exceeding targets to foster growth.
- Skill in crafting engaging narratives and employing storytelling techniques to enhance client interaction.
