Core Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive schedules and appointments
  • Organize and maintain email systems
  • Develop presentations and spreadsheet documents
  • Oversee social media accounts
  • Establish organizational systems and procedures
  • Research and recommend technological solutions
  • Maintain CRM systems through updates and data management
  • Coordinate travel including flight bookings, transportation, and accommodation reservations
  • Assist with project management and coordination
  • Plan and organize events
  • Handle personal tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

Further Details:
  • 1099 contractor position
  • $18-$21 hourly compensation based on expertise and qualifications. Monthly payments determined by contracted hours. No guaranteed hours or client assignments
