  • Results-Driven Leader: You operate with data-driven precision, establishing daily accountability rhythms (standups, KPIs, funnel analysis) and maintaining unwavering performance standards.
  • Growth Architect: Demonstrated success leading teams to surpass aggressive revenue targets with repeatable scaling strategies.
  • Seasoned Manager: 5+ years experience leading 8+ sales professionals/SDRs, with proven ability to scale teams to 15–20+. Experience in hiring, training, development, and performance management.
  • Analytical Strategist: You dive deep into funnel metrics, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement strategic adjustments proactively.
  • Inspirational Mentor: You balance high expectations with genuine investment in team development—demanding yet supportive leadership approach.
  • HubSpot Proficient: Expert-level HubSpot utilization for pipeline oversight, reporting, and forecasting. Skilled in dashboard creation and data-driven decision making.

Schedule Requirements
This position operates during U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST). Our sales organization maintains these hours to align with correctional facility decision-makers nationwide.

Full-time executive commitment (minimum 40 hours/week, often exceeding). We seek ambitious leaders who excel in dynamic, high-accountability environments and are prepared to scale our sales organization from 8 to 20+ team members. 

Compensation Package
  • On-Target Earnings: $100K+ USD annually
  • Base Compensation: $60–70K USD
  • Performance Incentives: $30–40K USD, directly linked to team revenue and quota achievement
