You'll guide clients through every stage—from initial onboarding to long-term success—ensuring they maximize Hightouch’s capabilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive retention and expansion for our top-tier Enterprise clients as a core member of the Customer Success team
  • Partner with Sales to develop strategies that accelerate Hightouch adoption across large organizations
  • Lead structured onboarding, deliver technical best practices, and ensure customers realize full platform value
  • Offer proactive technical guidance on Hightouch’s product suite
  • Resolve high-priority escalations by collaborating with Support, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
  • Spotlight customer use cases to inspire product innovation and enhancements

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5-10 years in client-facing technical roles, blending business acumen with hands-on expertise
  • Proven track record managing technical projects with deep customer empathy
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills
  • Quick learner—able to master APIs, databases, and analytics tools
  • Strong problem-solving instincts with a hunger for continuous technical growth
  • Cross-functional collaborator who thrives in diverse teams
  • Resilient under pressure, adept at navigating deadlines and obstacles
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 USD/year (80/20 variable split), location-independent. Includes equity via ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination window.
