What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Passion for managing and mentoring engineers
- Recent experience as a Senior Software Engineer
- Familiarity with or interest in learning Ruby on Rails
- Customer-focused problem-solving approach
- Ability to balance technical trade-offs with business needs
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

What does an Engineering Lead at Silverfin do?
As an Engineering Lead, you’ll guide, inspire, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration. You’ll bridge the gap between your team, the Engineering department, and the broader company. Balancing hands-on coding with leadership, you’ll work in a "player-coach" model.
