Our team is seeking a Hybrid SEO & Client Success Manager. This unique role merges deep SEO analysis and strategic planning with client relationship management and project oversight. You will be instrumental in driving client growth and ensuring the seamless execution of projects within our internal team.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity perfect for a highly organized, detail-focused professional with advanced SEO expertise.
Your Responsibilities
SEO Analysis & Strategic Planning (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Perform comprehensive research to pinpoint high-value content opportunities for clients
- Evaluate search trends to discover high-volume, low-competition keywords
- Investigate industry-specific needs, procedures, and data that differ by region
- Develop detailed research briefs to direct our content creation team
- Aid in creating scalable content templates
- Track performance data and adjust research approaches based on outcomes
Client Success & Project Coordination
- Oversee client relationships, client teams, and overall project timelines
- Lead client communications and serve as the liaison between clients and ViewEngine leadership
- Maintain impeccable organization to ensure all tasks are prioritized and nothing is missed
- Convert research findings and strategies into clear, actionable items for content and development teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptional (native-level) English communication skills
- Robust analytical and research abilities, particularly in SEO practices and keyword evaluation
- Military-grade organizational skills—capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effortlessly
- Proactive, personable, and confident in leading client communications
- Aptitude for grasping search intent across various industries and geographic areas
- Self-sufficient and comfortable making daily decisions autonomously
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours
