Speechify is growing, and our AI team is looking for a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to help scale our infrastructure, optimize critical product flows, and build robust end-to-end systems. What We’re Looking For
- Strong backend development expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
- Ability to prioritize and execute ideas efficiently
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Proficiency in Kubernetes for high-availability applications
- Bonus: Experience deploying NLP or TTS models in production

Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 base salary (US) + bonus + equity (based on experience)
