Our Customer Generation methodology (developed in-house) prioritizes real business results over vanity metrics. As part of our LinkedIn media team reporting to the Associate Director, you'll play a pivotal role in building this specialty agency from the ground up – just like we successfully did with our Start-Up division.

- 4+ years in performance marketing (B2B experience is golden)
- LinkedIn Ads mastery – you know every ad unit and targeting nuance
