Your Mission
Lead monetization, pricing, and growth initiatives as part of a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape Toggl Suite's monetization strategy, balancing business goals, tech feasibility, and user value.
- Collaborate across teams to turn insights into high-impact product decisions.
- Drive problem-solving to boost conversions and revenue growth.
- Make strategic trade-offs in billing systems and pricing infrastructure.
- Scale pricing tiers and enterprise monetization features effectively.
- Test monetization ideas rapidly using PLG metrics and conversion data.
Who You Are
- Experienced in B2B SaaS, especially infrastructure or platform scalability.
- Proactive, decisive, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
- Skilled in applying PLG principles strategically with data.
- Able to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Collaborative with engineers on technical trade-offs.
- Thrives in ambiguity and drives initiatives independently.
- Excellent communicator in English.
