Ideal Candidate Profile

- Has 7+ years crafting exceptional full-stack web applications
- Takes initiative and delivers without hand-holding
- Obsesses over product excellence and performance
Technical Must-Haves:
- Frontend: Deep React, JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Backend: Python (FastAPI preferred), production systems
- Cloud: AWS/GCP, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL experience
- Nice-to-Have: Docker, Kubernetes, SaaS/AI tools, startup background
