This role offers an annual salary of €75,000, with yearly reviews tied to both company success and individual contributions.

The Position

As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team focused on monetization, pricing, and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and refining the monetization and pricing strategy for Toggl Suite, aligning business growth, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • Leading cross-functional efforts with engineering, design, data, and sales to turn monetization insights into high-impact product choices.
  • Owning problem discovery and synthesizing data to create solutions that boost paid conversions and revenue.
  • Managing trade-offs in billing systems and pricing infrastructure, partnering with engineers to build scalable monetization tools.
  • Prioritizing scalability across pricing tiers and enterprise features, ensuring that investments in billing and pricing operations drive user adoption and revenue.
  • Embracing a hands-on, MVP approach to monetization experiments, iterating rapidly, testing pricing and packaging ideas, and making data-driven decisions using PLG metrics and conversion analytics.

Ideal Candidate

You’ll excel in this role if you:

  • Have B2B SaaS experience, particularly in infrastructure, integrations, or platform scalability.
  • Are proactive and take ownership: you question assumptions, challenge perspectives, and stand by well-researched decisions.
  • Understand PLG principles and apply them strategically, using data to balance growth with upmarket expansion goals.
  • Think strategically and turn high-level objectives into actionable, prioritized plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers to tackle technical challenges while weighing feasibility and impact.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, driving discussions, making decisions, and adapting as new information arises.
  • Value transparency and autonomy: you ask insightful questions, seek clarity, and move initiatives forward independently.
  • Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills.
