Senior Design Manager, CRM – Lead, Innovate, and Elevate Our Design Vision We’re seeking a visionary design leader to drive excellence in our CRM product experiences. You’ll guide a high-performing team, shape design culture, and collaborate across functions to deliver impactful solutions. 1. Design Leadership & Craft
   • Set the standard for design quality across all products.
   • Own the full design lifecycle—from concept to execution—ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
   • Advocate for best practices and push creative boundaries.
2. Cross-Functional Influence
   • Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to align priorities and execution.
   • Bridge feature-specific needs with holistic UX for seamless user experiences.
   • Drive innovation in the "Win and Close" space through strategic design thinking.
3. Team Growth & Culture
   • Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering collaboration and growth.
   • Mentor designers, helping them refine their skills and advance their careers.
   • Champion a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and continuous learning.
4. Business & Technical Strategy
   • Align design decisions with measurable business outcomes.
   • Work with engineers to ensure scalable, tech-driven solutions.
5. Scaling for the Future
   • Help grow the design team as Apollo expands.
   • Shape the long-term vision for design within the company.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years in product design, including 3+ in leadership roles.
• A standout portfolio showcasing impactful design work.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strategic thinker who balances business goals with technical realities.
• Experience mentoring designers and fostering a strong team culture.
• Mastery of end-to-end design processes.
• Exceptional communicator and influencer.
