Our team is expanding, and we need a senior Data Scientist to solve critical challenges in renewable energy using machine learning and statistical modeling. You’ll own projects from start to finish—whether it’s forecasting energy demand, preventing equipment failures, or optimizing consumption patterns.
We don’t require deep expertise in renewables—instead, we’re looking for someone who masters data science fundamentals, builds robust models, and writes production-grade Python. If statistics, time series analysis, and solving real-world problems excite you, let’s talk.
This position is 100% remote.
Your Mission
- Own and execute high-impact data science projects.
- Develop forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization models using time series data.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to ship impactful features.
- Turn complex data into actionable insights with rigorous hypothesis testing.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Champion reproducibility, testing, and model monitoring best practices.
Who You Are
- Results-driven and highly capable.
- A strong data scientist who elevates team performance.
- Deep understanding of statistics and ML theory—you don’t just use models, you know how they work.
- Hands-on experience with time series analysis and predictive modeling.
- Expert Python skills, with proficiency in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and production-ready coding.
- Proven remote work experience and a growth mindset.
- Available for at least 4 hours of overlap with CET time zones.
- Eligible for a visa and able to travel to Italy within three months of joining.
