Resale Listing Specialist (Ecommerce) at Adios
*This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company expands. The role is fully remote, but candidates must be available to overlap with US CDT (GMT-5) for a minimum of 2 hours on most days.

We specialize in sourcing unique items, giving them new life, and reselling them across various online marketplaces. Our proprietary Adios Resale Concierge (ARC) combines artificial intelligence with expert human judgment to determine the ideal platform for each item. We are currently looking for a remote specialist to take charge of posting, managing, and boosting conversions for our items on platforms like eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, and others.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of our online resale listings. This includes creating captivating descriptions, posting items, and continuously optimizing listings for maximum visibility and sales. This detail-oriented, fast-paced position is perfect for someone who thrives on frequently switching contexts between different marketplaces and communication channels.
What We Require:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or resale.
- Expert-level proficiency in selling on eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- High comfort level using AI-powered productivity and workflow tools.
- Excellent written English and grammar skills.
Your Core Duties:
- Prepare, create, and publish item listings on various platforms, including Facebook Marketplace, eBay, and Poshmark.
- Write precise and compelling titles and descriptions in flawless, engaging English; bilingual ability in Spanish is a valuable asset.
- Quickly switch between tasks and platforms—responding to buyer inquiries, updating listings, and monitoring engagement.
- Optimize listings through strategic use of keywords, pricing, messaging, and provided photographs.
- Analyze performance data and feedback to make adjustments, adhering to platform best practices.
- Work closely with our in-house photography/prep team and the ARC system for a smooth transition from item preparation to listing.
- Maintain an organized workflow and keep internal systems updated with item status and performance information.

- Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking.
- Practical experience with major online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, FB Marketplace, Poshmark, Depop).
- Superior command of written English; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
- A self-motivated professional capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing effectively.
- Genuine enthusiasm for re-commerce, resale culture, and e-commerce trends.
