Product Manager/Owner at HR Partner
Join us as a part-time Product Manager/Owner to help define our product vision, turn ideas into actionable tasks, keep development on track, and deliver a product that delights our users. You’ll partner closely with our compact dev team—including our founder—to prioritize features, design solutions, coordinate launches, and refine the user experience.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on work, blending product management, project oversight, and UI/UX sensibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the founder and developers to shape and update the product roadmap
- Convert user feedback and business needs into clear product and technical specs
- Oversee development cycles to drive product enhancements and quickly resolve issues
- Perform light user testing and usability evaluations
- Manage release communications and ensure seamless feature deployments
- If possible, contribute to UI/UX improvements through mockups or prototypes
- Facilitate smooth communication across the dev team and other stakeholders
Who You Are
- 4+ years in product management or a related role
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Experience collaborating with technical teams
- Basic UI/UX or wireframing ability (e.g., Figma)
- A clear communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical discussions
- Independent and effective in a remote setting
- Proactive and self-driven—you anticipate challenges and act early
- Available during at least 4 overlapping hours with AEST (Australia) and PKT (Pakistan)
Bonus Qualifications
- Background in SaaS, particularly HR or business tools
- Familiarity with web app development basics
- Additional UI/UX experience
