One Janitorial is seeking a dedicated Outbound Cold Calling Trainer to work remotely, guiding and developing a high-performing sales team. This full-time role offers stable hours, competitive earnings, and the chance to directly impact new hires' success.
Earnings Breakdown
- Base Salary: $1,200 CAD monthly
- Bonus Potential: Earn up to $2,000 CAD/month based on trainee graduation rates

Your Role: Outbound Cold Calling Trainer (Remote)
You’ll drive new hire success by managing their entire training journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Screening and selecting training candidates
- Conducting biweekly 10-day training sessions (6 trainees max)
- Providing daily coaching on performance and script adherence
- Ensuring trainees meet graduation criteria:
- Schedule 3+ qualified appointments
- Complete 10 consecutive workdays
- Maintain full script/process compliance
- Distributing leads, tracking progress, and delivering feedback
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent English (9/10+ proficiency)
- Proven experience training outbound call teams
- Computer (4GB RAM minimum)
- HD webcam + noise-canceling headset
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Professional home office environment
- Available MDT business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5PM)
- Cold calling expertise + Google Suite proficiency
