Join Toggl as our visionary Head of Product to spearhead our product organization during a pivotal growth phase. You'll be instrumental in accelerating Toggl's journey from $20M to $50M ARR by transforming our core time-tracking platform into a unified product ecosystem that resonates with market demands and user expectations.
This position offers an annual salary of €170,000 with performance-based increments

You have the flexibility to work remotely from any European location.

Your unique blend of strategic vision and practical execution skills, especially in product-led growth and B2B SaaS, will be essential. You'll harmonize multiple product teams, drive meaningful product development, and shape Toggl's evolution into an integrated product suite.

Your Mission

As Toggl's Head of Product, you will:
  • Craft and implement product strategies that advance Toggl's revenue objectives and company vision
  • Discover expansion opportunities in enterprise markets while maintaining our SMB foundation
  • Drive growth through analytical insights, utilizing product metrics, experimentation, and user feedback to boost engagement
  • Advocate for efficient research practices that enable data-informed decisions without bureaucratic overhead
  • Combine analytical rigor with an innate passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize customer lifecycle metrics, working with leadership on go-to-market and revenue approaches
  • Lead through active involvement: Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot product challenges, mentor product managers and designers, and foster a collaborative environment where both functions contribute to user research and discovery
  • Accelerate delivery while upholding quality standards, establishing practices for creating impactful MVPs and building scalable frameworks for experimentation and implementation that clarify direction and enable effective choices

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone with:
  • Demonstrated background in B2B SaaS and product-led growth environments, preferably in companies growing from $20M-$50M ARR
  • Exceptional product intuition, with a natural talent for recognizing outstanding products and directing teams to achieve similar excellence
  • Track record of successfully managing enterprise expansion alongside SMB self-service models in SaaS, with deep understanding of their distinct requirements
  • Outstanding adaptive leadership capabilities, knowing when to empower, guide, or directly intervene to overcome obstacles
  • Ease in shifting between high-level strategy and detailed execution, adjusting focus as situations demand
  • A balanced approach to experimentation where decisions are made with conviction, tested with care, and outcomes—whether positive or negative—are embraced as learning opportunities
  • Superior communication skills, able to distill complex product visions into understandable, implementable plans for various stakeholders across the organization
