Your Mission
As our Head of Engineering, you'll be the driving force behind our engineering team's success. Your leadership will ensure we consistently deliver top-tier features and system enhancements while cultivating an environment of innovation, learning, and measurable results.
What You'll Do:
- Team Development: Mentor engineers to build a culture of ownership, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
- Performance Excellence: Establish clear metrics and guide the team to maintain high standards in all deliverables.
- Technical Vision: Help shape our technology roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term system health.
- Innovation Champion: Explore cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to optimize our processes and products.
- Remote Leadership: Master the art of distributed teamwork through smart communication strategies.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate across departments to ensure engineering efforts support business objectives.

Your Qualifications
- Background:
- 3+ years in software development with leadership experience (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, etc.)
- Startup experience (100-250 employees) preferred
- Proven success leading remote teams
- Skills:
- Strong technical foundation to guide architectural decisions
- Strategic thinking to align tech and business priorities
- Experience managing organizational change
- Leadership Style:

- Ability to build consensus while valuing diverse viewpoints
- Openness to new technologies and approaches

- Experience with .Net, React & Postgres or similar stacks
