Growth Marketing Manager at Multiplier
About This Role
Join as the inaugural marketing leader at a company with established product-market fit, now entering the dynamic AI agents for IT space. You'll collaborate directly with our CEO on go-to-market strategy while taking full ownership of building our pipeline and growth marketing operations from scratch.

This is a full-time remote position offering $60,000 - $80,000 USD annually, with compensation determined by experience level.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Establish growth marketing operations: Take end-to-end ownership of pipeline generation. Develop channel strategies, define KPIs, and implement campaigns to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
- Multi-channel expertise: Master various growth channels including email marketing, SEO, SEM, account-driven go-to-market, outbound initiatives, ecosystem partnerships, web optimization, and marketing operations with analytics. Prioritize channels based on performance results.
- Marketing technology leadership: Construct a modern, AI-enhanced technology stack from the ground up. Test and deploy advanced tactics and tools such as automated outbound campaigns, signal-based marketing, and account-based experience strategies. Current technology includes Webflow, Apollo, Clay and Instantly.
- Performance analytics: Establish KPIs and develop comprehensive dashboards to measure, optimize, and expand marketing initiatives. Present performance metrics to leadership and leverage data for strategic decisions.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with our CEO on positioning and product marketing. Coordinate with sales teams to focus on priority accounts and ensure seamless transitions.
Marketing Execution:
- Account-focused GTM: Utilize contemporary tools and AI to gather data, establish account tiers, and implement personalized, signals-driven campaigns targeting our core IT audience. Emphasize efficiency and conversion optimization.
- Website enhancement: Implement tracking systems, routing protocols, and workflow processes. Develop customized landing pages, apply SEO best practices, and conduct A/B testing to boost conversion performance.
- Operational excellence: Manage and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem. Integrate modern tools and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Content strategy & distribution: Collaborate with the CEO on content planning and ensure all materials drive meaningful engagement. Distribute content through email and social platforms while growing organic traffic via SEO.
- Email marketing programs: Create and implement email campaigns that guide prospects through the sales funnel and drive conversion outcomes.
- Event management: Design and execute ROI-focused event strategies including conferences, networking events, and webinars to build pipeline and strengthen target account relationships.
- Sales coordination: Define and refine the handoff process to ensure delivery of qualified leads that convert to genuine opportunities.
Required Experience
- 5-10+ years in marketing with substantial focus on growth marketing and pipeline development
- B2B SaaS startup background: Experience at early or growth-stage B2B startups (Seed to Series C preferred), ideally with enterprise sales models
- Practical execution skills: Beyond strategy development, you can personally implement campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Comprehensive growth marketing knowledge with expertise in several areas including: paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, account-based marketing/experience, website management & conversion optimization, marketing operations, and analytics
- Essential capabilities in growth and demand generation, analytics, and account-driven go-to-market strategies
- Channel expertise: Demonstrated success running campaigns across multiple channels with ability to articulate campaign performance, outcomes, and lessons learned
- Modern marketing technology proficiency: Strong familiarity with contemporary marketing tools and AI-powered platforms—or rapid learning capability. Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Clay, and similar systems is advantageous.
- Data-oriented approach: Use analytics to guide decisions, enhance campaigns, and demonstrate return on investment. Comfortable creating dashboards and reporting to executive leadership.
- Experimental mindset: Beyond repeating past successes, you value testing new approaches, measuring outcomes, and scaling effective strategies.
- Quality focus: History of developing customer-centric marketing strategies while achieving ambitious revenue objectives
- IT/security interest: Background or strong interest in IT, security, or AI domains is highly beneficial. Understanding of (or enthusiasm for learning about) challenges facing IT and security leaders.
- Strategic and hands-on balance: This ground-floor opportunity at an early-stage company requires daily hands-on execution while maintaining strategic perspective—setting objectives and budgets, prioritizing initiatives, and reporting key metrics.
