Full Stack Developer at Million View Club
The Million View Club (MVC) stands as the leading educational and community platform for YouTube creators and their teams, established in partnership with Mario Joos (former MrBeast Retention Director). We provide premium curriculum, live workshops, and essential tools that empower creators to grow their channels consistently and build scalable media businesses.
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer to lead the MVC web platform. As we extend our reach to a wider creator audience, this position is vital for maintaining our design-focused brand while supporting scalable expansion.
You will collaborate with a top-tier team experienced in building and scaling VC-backed education products, conducting ongoing experiments in onboarding, pricing, and growth strategies. This role demands a balance of design intuition, analytical precision, and rapid execution—crafting stunning interfaces while testing and iterating swiftly to eliminate friction and boost conversions.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: Next.js 14 (App Router), TypeScript/JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, React Context API, TanStack Query, Mux Player
- Backend & Infrastructure: Supabase (Postgres with RLS), Stripe (subscriptions, trials, webhooks), Storyblok CMS, Zapier, Vercel
- Design: Custom components, advanced hover states, animations, Schibsted Grotesk & Neue Haas Grotesk
What You’ll Work On
Immediate priorities:
- Enhance UI/UX for a seamless onboarding journey
- Boost performance (Core Web Vitals, video playback, responsiveness)
- Execute growth experiments (trial conversions, onboarding flows, pricing tests)
- Improve mobile experience and accessibility
Ongoing responsibilities:
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI with advanced interactions
- Manage subscription flows and database policies
- Continuously test and refine onboarding and pricing approaches
- Partner with product, design, and growth teams to identify and reduce friction
Who You Are
- 5+ years of full-stack development (must have React and Next.js expertise)
- Keen design sense—able to implement intricate, custom layouts
- Background in growth engineering, CRO, or A/B testing frameworks
- Skilled in TypeScript, Tailwind, Stripe, PostgreSQL
- Driven by speed, performance, and minimizing user friction
Bonus qualifications: Experience with Supabase, Storyblok, Mux, or educational platforms
