The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Full-Cycle Sales & Success Manager to take ownership of a strong pipeline of pre-qualified leads. Your primary mission will be to execute persistent, professional follow-up, secure deals, and cultivate lasting client partnerships to guarantee long-term success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act swiftly and consistently on provided leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Oversee the entire sales journey from first contact through deal closure and ongoing client success.
  • Develop and nurture robust client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Deliver professional client presentations with near-native English clarity and persuasion.
  • Master the balance of determined follow-up and respectful client engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Represent our brand during necessary travel to the U.S.

Essential Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Demonstrable background in B2B sales, ideally with a U.S. client base.
  • Must be able to travel to the U.S. as required.
  • Native-level English fluency, coupled with polished presentation abilities.
  • Deep comprehension of the full sales cycle and a proven ability to close efficiently.
  • Superior skills in building relationships focused on long-term client achievement.
  • Experience selling B2B software or physical products.
  • Ability to work from a designated local coworking space.

  • Previous residency in the United States.
  • Background in B2B hard goods sales.
  • Knowledge of U.S. business operations (purchase orders, invoicing, quotes, logistics).
  • Proficiency using CRM platforms to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
