What You'll Do
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint business challenges solvable through data-driven strategies.
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from diverse sources for modeling and analysis.
- Apply statistical techniques, predictive modeling, clustering, and anomaly detection to uncover patterns.
- Build, test, and refine machine learning models for accurate forecasting and decision-making.
- Present insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in data science, machine learning, and analytical tools.
- Optimize data pipelines and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL for data wrangling and analysis.
- Solid grasp of statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable in agile environments, juggling multiple projects with ease.
- Sharp problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup culture.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Perks & Compensation
- $4,000–$5,000 USD/month (based on location and experience).
- 15 days PTO + paid holidays (Christmas & New Year’s Day).
