Customer Success Agent at Breezy HR

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full-time remote role with hours from 10am to 7pm EST.
- Build a deep understanding of Breezy’s platform from top to bottom, using that knowledge as the foundation for answering customer questions effectively.
- Spend most of your day guiding customers through processes and resolving minor issues with patience and a sense of humor.
- Know when to escalate complex problems or seek help from teammates, and identify when a customer might benefit from a demo or additional technical support.
- Track and exceed support metrics like response time and customer satisfaction, contributing to the team’s goals.
- Stay alert to common issues and trends, helping to shape training programs for future users.
Who You Are
- You have prior experience in a customer-facing role where making customers happy was a key responsibility.
- You’re enthusiastic and comfortable with technology, SaaS, and/or HR/recruiting (familiarity with tools like Trello or Intercom is a plus).
- You’re calm and professional but proactive—able to tackle problems head-on with kindness and determination.
