We are seeking a freelance Customer Care Specialist to serve as the primary contact for our clients and prospects. Your mission is to ensure every interaction is seamless, supportive, and professional.

About Hublead

Hublead is a sales productivity platform that integrates LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator with HubSpot CRM.

Hublead empowers sales teams to:
  • Import LinkedIn contacts and companies directly into HubSpot.
  • Automatically sync LinkedIn invitations, messages, and activity into HubSpot.
  • Monitor performance using reporting and dashboards.
  • Enrich contact records with precise email and phone data.

As we scale rapidly, we need a dedicated individual to help us provide customers with the same high standard of care that our product delivers to their sales processes.

Your responsibilities
  • Oversee our customer support channels (email and chat).
  • Provide clear, timely answers to product inquiries (focusing on Hublead's integration with HubSpot and LinkedIn).
  • Route sales or training inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • For bug reports:
    • collect comprehensive details from the client,
    • attempt to replicate the problem,
    • compile a concise summary for our technical team.
  • Record common questions and contribute to enhancing our knowledge base and FAQs.

Ideal candidate profile
  • Outstanding written English communication skills (must be clear, natural, and professional).
  • Strong spoken English abilities for effective communication with our team.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
  • Background in customer support (experience in SaaS or tech is a plus).
  • Meticulous, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Preferred: familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales enablement tools.
