The Role:
You'll wear two hats: CRM architect and client success manager. Your primary focus will be designing, refining, and expanding our Go High Level ecosystem while nurturing athlete relationships. Ideal candidates geek out on automation, genuinely connect with clients, and embrace the startup hustle.

What You'll Do:
- Design and implement customized GHL automations, workflows, and pipelines for athlete clients
- Act as primary liaison for athlete accounts—providing white-glove support and strategic guidance
- Continuously research and integrate cutting-edge GHL features and marketing automation techniques
- Work closely with leadership to influence product development and service execution
- Optimize CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
- Shape the full client lifecycle from initial setup to ongoing system improvements
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven Go High Level expertise—portfolio or examples required
- Startup or small business experience with ability to wear multiple hats
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfort in client-facing positions
- Self-starter mentality with adaptability in rapidly evolving environments
- Sports industry knowledge or athletic background strongly preferred
Bonus Points For:
- Digital marketing or funnel optimization experience
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Calendly, or payment processors
- Eye for design or brand development experience
