Motu Novu Studio Legale is looking for a business development associate to help build new client relationships and oversee marketing and communications for both the firm and Motu Novu LLC. The role is based at the MNSL headquarters in Milan, Italy, and includes regular day trips throughout Italy as well as occasional travel within Europe or to the United States.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and executing business development, communication, and marketing plans
  • Help produce marketing materials, including digital and social media content
  • Identify and evaluate potential leads
  • Take part in meetings with qualified leads and clients
  • Oversee the company’s CRM system
  • Help plan and attend business development events such as trade shows, conferences, and networking functions
  • Travel within Italy, Europe, and/or the United States for at least 30% of your time

Qualifications
  • Professional and confident demeanor in all interactions
  • Strong legal research and organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal and solid written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bonus skills: experience with communication, marketing, or CRM software; basic understanding of business law

Language Skills
  • Italian – CEFR Level C2
  • English – CEFR Level B2 or above
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Location and Legal Requirements
  • Must live in or near Milan, Italy, or be willing to relocate at your own cost
  • Italian citizenship or legal authorization to live and work in Italy
  • Valid Italian driver’s license and access to a car

  • Base Salary: €40,000 RAL, paid over 14 months, with an open-ended employment contract
