B2C Sales Representative at Community Phone

Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll focus on engaging with customers who have already expressed interest in our services. This involves handling inbound calls and proactively reaching out to individuals who have completed forms requesting additional information or callbacks. There is no cold calling—only assisting customers who have already shown interest, with a strong emphasis on ALWAYS BEING CLOSING.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Speaking with families seeking a safe first phone for their children
  • Assisting seniors who desire straightforward, user-friendly technology (no complicated apps required)
  • Listening attentively, explaining clearly, and closing deals confidently
  • Ensuring smooth number porting for a positive first impression


Requirements For This Position

We value our brand, and that begins with you. Your equipment setup is mandatory:
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • A desktop or laptop computer
  • Noise-cancelling headphones
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (experience in telecom or selling to the US market is a major advantage)

Without these, this position is not suitable for you.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Starting at $10,200/year (paid every two weeks)
  • Bonus: $850/month upon meeting quota (initially)
  • Commission: Unlimited potential—your effort directly impacts your earnings
  • Exceptional Growth Potential: Excel in your first six months, and there is opportunity to increase your base salary in addition to commissions
