Your Role: Growth Marketer, ABM

Change is in our DNA. As Canva grows, so do the opportunities. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll tackle:

  • Lead a global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, crafting high-impact campaigns across digital channels.
  • Turn sales and data insights into targeted strategies, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to refine messaging.
  • Build scalable ABM frameworks, optimizing for engagement and performance.
  • Test, iterate, and innovate to drive continuous improvement in account engagement.
  • Align with field marketing, sales, and BDR teams to synchronize account targeting and campaign execution.
  • Oversee digital campaign workflows, ensuring seamless delivery with internal and agency partners.
  • Integrate digital and offline efforts for a unified customer experience.
  • Optimize the ABM tech stack, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards with data teams to track account KPIs and campaign health.
  • Analyze performance metrics to guide targeting, personalization, and budget decisions.
  • Present strategic insights and results to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with expertise in scaling enterprise ABM programs.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills—equally comfortable planning and doing.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and experience managing large budgets.
  • Mastery of personalization, segmentation, and targeting within ABM.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools like 6Sense, Demandbase, or Rollworks.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and data teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings, embraces experimentation, and learns quickly.
  • Exceptional communicator and project manager.
