We're looking for a few fantastic individuals to join the Cliniko team, providing customer support during Australian business hours. Our customers are primarily healthcare business owners, and we're passionate about helping them maximize Cliniko's potential. We value personality, passion, and work ethic far more than formal experience or credentials. A good sense of humor is definitely a plus! 

Your role

You'll focus on supporting Cliniko customers through various channels:
  • Answering chat and email inquiries from current customers.
  • Helping potential customers determine if Cliniko fits their business needs.
  • Engaging with people through social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with our development team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Working with third-party integration partners to resolve customer challenges.

We aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction, so you'll have both the freedom and responsibility to provide outstanding support. 

Essential requirements

We need coverage during New Zealand and Australian business hours (Monday-Friday, 5am-7pm AEDT). There's flexibility to work some weekend hours instead of weekdays. 

We cannot consider applications from those planning to work outside these hours, and your complete workday must occur between 6am and 7pm in your local timezone. While we recognize some people prefer night hours, this won't qualify you for this role if you're in an incompatible timezone. Please watch for future openings that better match your preferred schedule. We prioritize our team's wellbeing and long-term sustainability, believing that working during daylight hours contributes positively to work-life balance.

This position offers $90,000 AUD or equivalent in your local currency.
