Account Manager at Chargeback
At Chargeback.io, we're a dynamic startup dedicated to helping online businesses safeguard their revenue by preventing chargebacks. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to become the face of our brand and help us grow.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional support, that our platform operates seamlessly for them, and that any challenges are addressed promptly.
Since word of mouth is our primary driver for new business, you will play a central role in fostering and amplifying it.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers starting from their first day
- Deliver onboarding and continuous support through chat, email, phone, and video
- Resolve common platform issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, many of whom stay with us for years
- Identify client challenges and proactively enhance their experience
This is a relationship-focused role, not a transactional one. We are looking for someone who excels at building deep client connections and enjoys ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and valued—even when they have high expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech account management
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
- Exceptional communication skills: clear, empathetic, and confident
- We believe in autonomy: you’ll have the freedom to lead and the responsibility to deliver results.
You will be part of a small, agile team, working independently and remotely, and will have a significant impact on helping our clients achieve success and growth.
